To be eligible for the chance to win, individuals must purchase any G-SHOCK watch from a participating store during the Promotional Period. Please see list of participating stores here.

To enter, participants must complete the following steps during the Promotional Period:

1. Purchase any G-SHOCK watch from a participating store. Individuals must retain a copy of their purchase receipt;
2. Visit the promotion site;
3. Input the requested details (including but not limited to their first name, last name, valid email address, postal address, phone number and date of birth);
4. Upload one photo of their purchase receipt;
5. If the entrant made their purchase in-store, they will also need to upload one photo that shows the product purchased, the product code and the purchase receipt alongside each other; and
6. Submit the fully completed entry form.

If an entrant who has made an online purchase is deemed a provisional winner of an Instant Prize and/or a Major Prize they will be requested by the Promoter to provide one photo that shows the eligible product purchased, the product code of the eligible product and the purchase receipt together. If an entrant of an online purchase does not provide this photo within the requested time period, they will be deemed invalid.

The product code can be found on the product box or on the swing tag attached to the G-SHOCK watch.

Upon submitting your entry, you will be notified instantly on screen, whether or not you have provisionally won an instant prize. Each valid entry will also be entered into the major prize draw.

Multiple entries permitted, subject to the following:

• Only one entry permitted per Qualifying transaction;
• Each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with entry requirements.

You must retain a copy of your purchase receipt(s) and the eligible product’s code for all claims as proof of purchase and keep it until the Unclaimed prize draw is announced on 15/09/2026.

Purchase receipt(s) must clearly specify the promotional product purchased, the participating store of purchase and that the purchase was made during the promotional period prior to entry.

A receipt generally must contain the following information:

• Business Details: Name, address, and ABN/ACN (or tax ID) of the seller.
• Date of Transaction: The date the product or service was supplied.
• Description of Items: A list of the products or services purchased.
• Price: Total amount paid, including taxes (GST/VAT).
• Payment Method: Information on how the purchase was made (cash, credit card, etc.).

There are 100 instant win prizes available to be won during the Promotional Period which are $200 Digital Prepaid Mastercards.

There will be a total of 4 draws conducted during the Promotional Period. The first valid entrant drawn from each draw will win the choice of either:

1. $5,000 cash (awarded in the form of an electronic funds transfer into the winner’s nominated Australian bank account in the winner’s name); or
2. One (1) G–SHOCK MR-G watch (see details in the table below regarding the G-SHOCK MR-G watch awarded in each Draw, if chosen by the winner):
   • Draw 1: MRGB5000B-1D valued at $5,499.00
   • Draw 2: MRGB2100D-2A valued at $6,999.00
   • Draw 3: MRGB5000BA-1D valued at $5,999.00
   • Draw 4: MRGB2100B-1A valued at $7,999.00

Subject to the starting and closing time of the Promotional Period, entries into each Draw will open and close on the dates/times indicated in the table below. Each Draw will take place at Suite 251, 10-20 Gwynne St Cremorne, VIC, 3121 at 11:00am AEST on the dates indicated in the table below. The Promoter may draw additional reserve entries and record them in order in case an invalid entry or ineligible entrant is drawn. Winners will be notified by email and telephone within seven (7) days of the relevant Draw, and their details (first initial, surname and postcode) will be published online here on the dates indicated in the table below. All non-winning entries in each Draw will not be entered into any subsequent Draws.

Prizes, or any unused portion of a prize, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash, unless otherwise specified.

All provisional instant winners are subject to verification. Upon verification, winners will be sent their instant prize via email.

Redemption of the Digital Prepaid Mastercard is subject to the standard terms and conditions, which can be found at https://card.gift/terms-and-conditions/mastercard.

Winners of an instant prize will have their details published (first initial, surname and postcode) online here every Friday from 10/07/26. Each valid entry will also be entered into the relevant Draw.

Winners of the 4 Major Prize Draws will be notified via email and telephone within 7 days of the relevant draw, and their details will be published online here every Wednesday from 22/07/26.

Prizes must be claimed by 11:59pm AEST on 07/09/26 (for the original four 4 draw winners and instant winners) and by 11:59pm AEDT on 07/10/26 (for the winners of the unclaimed prize draw, if any).

A draw for the Major Prizes, if unclaimed, or any instant win prizes that are won but are not claimed, may take place on 08/09/26.

The winners, if any, will be notified by telephone and email within seven 7 days of the draw and their details will be published (first initial, surname and postcode) online at here on 15/09/26.
